Our Mission
Our mission is to unite our neighbors to extend a helping hand to local charities and non-profits by raising awareness, fundraising and volunteer service. Together we can do more!
This year we will be supporting the areas of:
- Hunger and Housing
- Animal Welfare
- Youth Education and Development
- Seniors and Veterans
- Women's Resources
Our History
The WildBlue Community was first established in 2019. Several of us were new to the area. We started learning more about the work and needs of the local nonprofits and knew that we wanted to get more involved. We observed the generous spirit and desire of our neighbors to do the same. We started to imagine what we could accomplish if we could work together to have an even greater impact as a community! And so, with the help of a great group of volunteers, WBCN was launched.
Our Team
We are a 100% volunteer run organization. Our board members have strong governance, business, leadership and charitable experience. Our committees are made up of neighbors who are passionate about making a difference. Our pool of service volunteers all want to give back to the community in which we live.
